Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of COLABOO, a marketplace that connects Businesses with Creators and other content professionals for paid content-production services. By registering, accessing the platform, posting a request, accepting a Booking, or otherwise using COLABOO, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

"COLABOO", "we", "us" and "our" mean the COLABOO platform and the company legally operating it. "Business" means a business, brand, agency or organisation using COLABOO to request content services. "Creator" means a creator, videographer, photographer, editor, UGC creator, voice artist, drone operator or other content professional using COLABOO. "Booking" means a confirmed paid project. "Collaboration Terms" means the project-specific terms approved by both the Business and Creator.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
• Users must provide accurate information and keep account information reasonably current.
• Users are responsible for their account credentials and activity.
• Impersonation, fake profiles and misleading portfolio information are prohibited.

3. COLABOO Marketplace

COLABOO provides marketplace technology and transaction support. COLABOO is not the employer, agent, partner or joint venture of any Creator or Business. Creators act as independent service providers. COLABOO may recommend Creators based on information such as location, service, portfolio, price, availability, ratings and platform performance.

4. Collaboration Agreement

Before work begins, the Business and Creator must both approve the Collaboration Terms shown through COLABOO, including scope, price, deliverables, deadline, revisions, usage rights and other material conditions. The Booking becomes confirmed after both parties approve the Collaboration Terms and the Business completes the required payment.

Neither party should materially change the approved scope without the other party's approval. Material changes may require an additional fee and a revised Collaboration Agreement.

5. Payment & Funds

The Business pays the applicable Creator service price plus the COLABOO platform/service fee shown before checkout. COLABOO may use a third-party payment provider or marketplace settlement service to receive funds and release the Creator's payout after completion and approval, subject to disputes, refunds, chargebacks and lawful adjustments.

COLABOO's initial platform/service fee is 5% paid by the Business and may be changed with notice. Creator pricing and any other applicable charges will be displayed before confirmation.

6. Delivery, Approval & Release

The Creator submits the agreed deliverables through COLABOO. The Business may approve the delivery, request the included revisions, or raise a material issue. Once the project is approved by the Business, COLABOO will release the Creator's payout. If both parties confirm completion through COLABOO, the project may be marked completed and payment released.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Before Creator acceptance: a Business may normally cancel for a full refund, subject to disclosed payment-provider charges.
• After acceptance but before work begins: cancellation/refund is considered based on timing, preparation already completed and the Collaboration Terms.
• After work begins: refunds are not automatically guaranteed and may be partial or unavailable unless COLABOO determines otherwise.
• A Creator cancellation, no-show or material failure may lead to replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.

8. Revisions & Scope Changes

Unless the Collaboration Terms provide otherwise, up to two reasonable revisions are included. Additional revisions or material changes to deliverables, usage, deadlines or production requirements may require an additional fee and mutual approval.

9. Content Rights

Unless the Collaboration Terms state otherwise, after full payment the Business receives the agreed rights to use the final commissioned deliverables for the agreed purpose. Creators retain rights in their pre-existing tools, methods and materials. Portfolio use is permitted unless the project is marked confidential/private or otherwise restricted in the Collaboration Terms.

10. Communication & Off-Platform Bypass

Booking-related communication and payments MUST remain on COLABOO. Users must not intentionally move a COLABOO-discovered Booking or related work off-platform to avoid platform fees or protections. COLABOO may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts and take other lawful measures for material or repeated bypassing.

11. Prohibited Use

• Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Unlawful adult/sexual services or prohibited sexual content.
• Unlawful gambling, financial fraud, scams or impersonation.
• Weapons, trafficking or other unlawful harmful activity.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity infringement.
• Harassment, threats, hateful or abusive conduct.

12. Disputes & Platform Review

COLABOO may review the approved Collaboration Terms, brief, messages, files, delivery records, ratings and other relevant evidence. COLABOO may require revision, replacement, partial refund, full refund, payout delay or release, or another reasonable marketplace remedy. Users retain any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension & Termination

COLABOO may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, fake information, repeated cancellations/no-shows, non-payment, serious quality failures, intellectual-property infringement, bypassing, security risks or material breach of these Terms.

14. Liability

COLABOO provides marketplace technology and transaction support and does not guarantee a Creator's commercial result, audience reach, sales, engagement or business outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Privacy

COLABOO's collection and use of personal data is governed by the separate COLABOO Privacy Policy, which forms part of the platform's legal framework.

16. Changes & Governing Law

COLABOO may update these Terms from time to time and may communicate material changes through the platform or another reasonable method. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
